What will be the cost of transporting my vehicle??

A-Unique Transport is determined to become your ticket to saving money and avoiding the hassle of dealing with auto transport brokers. We are specialists in car shipping from California and Arizona to Florida and this focus allows us to offer unique benefits to our customers. Unlike brokers, for our service a deposit is not required! Brokers collect these deposit fees to line their own pockets, as most deposits charged to customers simply end up as a "brokerage fee", the broker's profit for securing the customer's business. Since we are not a broker, A-Unique Transport charges our customers simply the amount it costs to ship your vehicle.
The cost of shipping an automobile is determined by the size of the vehicle to be transported, whether the car is being moved from California to Florida or vise versa, and the season in which you choose to transport your vehicle. The best season to get a quote is during the winter when traffic is lighter. Also, it is always cheaper to transport a vehicle from California to Florida than the other way around. The reason is that the demand to transport a vehicle from California to Florida is lower than Florida to California. Gas prices may also affect the cost of car shipping. How far in advance should I schedule a pickup?

It is best to give us one week of notice so we can do our part in scheduling the pick up of your vehicle.

How long will it take to ship my vehicle?

On average, a cross-country car transport takes from 7 to 10 days from the day of pick up.

Does my vehicle have to be in operable condition?

We transport vehicles not in operable condition for an extra charge of $200 to $300 depending on the size of the vehicle being transported.

May I pack personal items in the vehicle?

There are some things that brokers don't tell the customers before taking their deposit and this includes information about transporting personal belongings inside the vehicle. Since our trucks go through several scales along the way, the weight of the truck cannot be more than eighty thousand pounds which makes it difficult for car carriers to ship ten cars at a time when some of the vehicles being transported are several hundred pounds heavier due to items left inside the vehicles by customers. In addition to the weight problem, there is also a liability issue for the transporter to move a vehicle cross-country with personal items placed inside the vehicles. In general, A-Unique Transport will allow items to be packed in the vehicle being transported, but an additional fee will be charged ranging from $100 to $400 dollars depending on how fully the vehicle is packed.

What if no one is there at the time of delivery?

If no one is available to receive your vehicle, it will be kept in a safe storage facility where you will have to pick it up. There will be an additional charge for storing your vehicle. Storage pricing will depend on the fee requested by the local storage facility. If you do not want to pick up the vehicle yourself, you can also have the vehicle delivered locally from the storage facility for an additional fee.

What kind of payment do you accept?

A-Unique Transport accepts Cash or Cashier?s Checks upon delivery. Note also, that we DO NOT require a deposit.

Are you a car transport broker?

NO, A-Unique Transport is not a broker. A-Unique Transport is a transportation company that deals directly with customers to move their vehicles in an efficient and cost-friendly manner.
